The Garrison Band intend to hold an open-air concert on Caroline Bay on Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock, when a collection will be taken up in aid of Mr_J. Flat, who lost his house by fire the other night. At a meeting of the Marine Band, held last evening, it was decided to give a concert on Caroline Bay on Sunday eveninir next in aid of the fund now being ivised to assist. Mrs Flat and family, who losi everything in tie fire on Tuesday night. As the object is a very deserving one. no doubt the fund will be considerably augmented bv the kind offer from the Marine Band.
