The Naw Estimates are £51.869.500. A saving of £1,500.000 has been effected under the heading—" Shipbuilding. Repairs, and Maintenance." The rew programme includes four battleships, five ocean and twelve coastal destroyers, and twelve submarines. Two of the battleships will be built at Portsmouth and Devonian", and two by contract.
