WADDIKGTOX SURUENDERS
United Press Association—Per Electric ; Telegraph—Copvricht. - BRUSSELS. February 27. Edward Waddington has surrendered, and will be tried at the Brabant assize*. [Waddington, son of the Chilian Ch.irgc d'Affaires at Brussels, aged 16 Years, killed his sister's fiancee, Balmaceda, the late President of Chili's nephew, for breaking his engagement; and then took refuse at the Chilian Legation.]
