At the- oxmuai meeting of the Wellington Park Stud Company to-day the' leport disclosed a loss of £14,983, equal to nearly two-thirds of the company's 'Capital.'-'' The chairman, the Hon. E. FINED FOR TRESPASS. DUNEDIN, February 27. At the Police Court to-day, two charges of trespassing on Wingatui Racecourse were heard. In neither case were the persons charged bookmakers, but they were deemed' undesirable characters, and were warned •off, but did not leave. D. Livingstone did' not appear, and it was stated' that .he had left for Australia. He was fined J3lO and costs. Morris Michael, an express driver, was fined £7 and costs. : THE WAIMATE MEFTTNG. .
