There are 354 anti-Semitic agitators at Kieff, winch is the headquarters of the movement for the extermination of the Jews of Southern Russia, The Pokrovsky Monastery and Madame Novikoff, a wealthy landowner, contributed £2500 and £ISOO respectively to the funds of the agitation. .During the .month ending February '7th, seventy ,r eight Russian newspapers were suspended, and" fifty-eighfe editors arrested. A state of siege was proclaimed in sixtytwo places, and a minor state, of siege in thirty-four places. There were 10.000 arrests, and 1400 persons were summarily executed. Twenty workmen's cheap restaurants in St. Petersburg were closed. MURDERS BY BOMB. DIRECTOR OF RAILWAYS KILLED. Received 12.10 a.m., February 27th. ST. PETERSBURG, February 26. Bombs which were thrown at the police while searching a house at Odessa killed Commissary Dvomick and Dvornick's wife, lhe house was then bombarded and three Anarchists were killed in the ruins. An unknown gang killed Ivanoff, director of the Vistula Railway, at Warsaw, it is supposed in revenge for the numerous dismissals after the strike. FREE FIGHT WITH REVOLVERS. Received ■ 1.20 a.m.. February 26. ST. PETERSBURG, February 26. The Socialists in Warsaw invaded an electoral meeting, and a. free, fight with revolvers followed. One man was killed :tnd fifteen, persons were wounded. .
