My cure is a tax, per bushel. on the grain grown for each farmer, way Id per bushel, lie amount to be used to buy the heads of birds; every thresher to bo compelled by Act of Parliament to send in to the Agricultural Department a stalemeat showing bow much he has thrashed for each farmer; the amount to be 'collected in the same way an the sheep tax.
