' A good daol of diseussion took place on the method of carrying on the Club as a match playing organisation-, and it was agreed to adopt tfee "A and B" teams system. I jphree' members were proposed as secretary, "one declining, and Sir Hayes was elected by a majority, and the selection was received with applause. Mr Hayes was also appointed treasurer. A general committee of six was then selected. \_ The election. of a captain and appointment of a selection committee were held over ..for - the present. Mr Bailey (the-chairman) was unanimously elected president of the Club, and he shanked the members and promised to do whatever he. could to help. the Club." Mr J. Marsh was elected vice-president.
It was agreed to ask the Hon. W. HallJones to become patron of the Club. The subscription for members was fixed at 2s 6d, to be paid within one month. "Colours" were- adopted—Zingari—red. yellow and black for ; jerseys, 'and dark knickers.' v -

."..Many of those present showed a good deal of enthusiasm for the game and for the .Club; the new. organisation should therefore be successful.
