FORCING ENTRANCE TO CATHEDRAL. TROOPS RESTRAIN THE POPULACE. United Press Association—Per Electric ; Telegragah—Copyright. Received 11.54 p.m., February 7th. PARIS, February 7. After much opposition the Government officials forced an entrance into Montpellier Cathedral, and took an inventory, while the troops restrained the excited crowds of people outside. Similar scenes of disorder occurred at Cherbourg and Alencon.
