TIMARU PRESBYTERY.

The ordinary meeting of the Timaxu.-Pres- • bytery was held yesterday at Trinity Church. Present—Rev. Dr W. G. Black (Moderator), Messrs J. White, A. S. Morrison, G. Barclay, J. H. G. Chappie. The iiev. T. Riddle, Presbyterian missionary at Apia, New Hebrides, was with the meeting, and was welcomed and associated with the Presbytery.

A letter was read from the secretarv of the Property Trustees and of the New Century Fund Committee, stating that the Fresbytery's suggestion to have plans of suitable churches for country districts on 'band for the use of congregations, would be laid before those bodies at their next meeting.
