Line, and will ieave New , Zealand about the middle of February for the Postal Conference, which will open in Rome on April 21st. . Every country in the Postal Union will be represented. The Minister will be accompanied bv Lady! Ward and daughter; Mr Grav, Secretarr of the Post Office; and Mr B." Wilson, hiV private secretary. He will return via America, arriving in the colony about- the middle of July.
