TENNIS.
Some Timaru players paid Fairlie a visit on, Monday last, and won after a . close contest by five games! The weather, was very warm at the start, but about noon a cold souther came up, and light rain fell for a little while. The visitors were most hospitably treated, and enjoyed their outing very much.
