Boreham tqok. chjuge about thirty "*™ gathered round 'him.' Mr Boreham eaid that his inquiries showed that a considerable number of persons were out of employment. He delivered two or three speeches^.and,suggested that a committee might wait Mh Premier, but no one had any, proposal to forward, end Mr Boreham mounted hu bicycle and rode away, nothing being dbne.
