The Saltan's second peace mission, under Pasha, has been received at Djakooitza. He was previously warned that, if he went there, he would be treated like Mehemet Ali Pasha, who was murdered by Albanian rioters at Ipek in September, Eight battalions o£ Turkish troops are concentrated between Mitrovitza and Uskub.
