"VX7E have received instructions from Mr VV James Austin to Sell by-Public Auction, 9 MAGNIFICENT AGRICULTURAL AND DAIRY FARMS, particulars of which are as follows : LOT 1—270 ACRES, secuiely fenced, well watered, no waste, all Highclass Land. The Crop of Wheat grown this year is estimated to yield 45 Bushels per acre, and adjoins the estate of the late Hon. W. Rolleston. LOT 2.-366 ACRES, securely fenced, well watered, and all sown down in English Grass and Clover. This Farm adjoins the Property of Mr H. McCuily, and is known as Parkinson's.
