February 14th :—" Since our last telegram prime mutton tallow is lower by Is per cwt; for other descriptions prices ace nominallv unchanged." The following cable message was received vesterdav bv the Department of Industries and Commerce from the Agent-General, London:—"Wool—The sales have closed. During the last few days the crossbred market baa declined. Fine crossbreds of all grades are now about at par; medium crossbied of ail grades, and coarse crossbreds of all grides, are id dearer. The merino market closed strong, and prices were sustained ar the clc.se. All lambs' wool shews Ad advance."
