T , „ AUCKLAND, February 5. In the Compensation Court, the case of -VI. Stevens v. the Kauri Timber Company a claim for injury to plaintiffs right hand was heard. The claimant is still employed by the company, and asked for a nominal award to prevent the lapse of his ri<rht to future payments. The Court awarded Id per weeK. the payments to be reviewed wnen incapacity arises.
