Per Press Association. HOKITIKA, January 23. The Hokitika river dredge re-started work vesterday evening, but- the river is at high flood level to-day. The dam of the Great Woodstock Company's dredging claim in Shenandoah creek broke away during the night, stranding the pontoons.
