i Keceived May 29th, 12.40 a.m. London, May 28. i The Boers' front stretches from Laing's Nek to Vryheid. General Brabant occupied Flcksburg on Thursday. He previously captured 150 Boers, and ten waggons laden with grain. The Boers attacked him on Saturday and were repulsed. Lord Eoberta' steady march and enveloping movements are proving irresistible. The troops are on full rations. Colonel Broad wood on Friday crossed the Vaal and held Wonderfontein Drift. General Hamilton followed him on Saturday, and General French, securing an excellent flanking position, invaded the Transvaal via Lindeques Drift. The Boers have left the Vaal, and are concen: trating at Klipriversberg, near Johannesburg. There are indications that Lord Methuen has invaded the Transvaal aia Schoeman's Drift, General Bundle has ocenpied Senekal unopposed. Eeceived May 29th, 12.55 a.m. The Times states that Lord Roberts m rapidly changing the distribution of the forces at the front and seizing the Vaal Drifts at unexpected points, totally disconcerted the enemy. Four thousand Boers fruitlessly awaited General Hamilton at a drift north-east of Heilbron. Thirty-two rebel ringleaders were captured during Colonel Mahdn's march to Mafeking, together with incriminating documents. While General French was crossing the Lindeques Drift the infantry under Colonel Henry shelled the enemy's rearguard railway train, nearly saving the railway bridge.
