The Arbitration Board appointed to deal with the Venezuelan boundary dispute opened here to-day under the presidency of M. Demartens, the Russian I international authority. A fierce fight occurred between Albannians assisted by 200 Turkish regulars and the Servian frontier guards at Jablonfca. The latter were worsted. There were many casualties.
