It was decided that the ballot for dinner , table decoration close at 8.30 p.m. on i Friday, and that the decoration of the i dinner-tables must be completed by 11 a.m. the same day, any table unfinished on that date to be disqualified from competition. Mr John Jackson was cordially thanked for the loan of timber for the exhibitions. The entertainment committee stated that the ladies who were taking an interest m the same would meet at the Town Hall on Wednesday at 730 p.m. The meeting adjourned till 8 p.m. on Wednesday.
