Received April 29th, 12.15 a.m. THE FISHERIES DISPUTE. Washington, April 28. Conferences of both Houses of Congress have reported on the fisheries question. The reports authorise the appoint of three commissioners with three selected by Great Britain and Canada to settle the North Atlantic fisheries dispute, as well as promote mutual commerce and friendly relations with Canada. Received April 29th, 1 a.m. BREAD RIOTS, Rome, April 28. Bread riots have occurred here. Twenty thousand rioters wrecked the police station, and burned the Customs House at Barri.
