The blockade of the Gulf of Volo m Thesßaly is regarded as imminent. The Europeans m conjunction with the Turkish troops are protecting the water supply at Canea. Greeks m Cyprus have boycotted German exports m revenge for the attitude of Germany towards Crete. London, March 29. Greece is apparently unwilling to agree to the proposal for the mutual withdrawal of the Turkish and Greek troops from Crete. She requires to be allowed to administer the affairs of the island under European mandate. St. Petersburg, March 29. In consequence of the unsettled position of affairs m South-Eastern Europe, Russia is massing 200,000 troops m Southern Russia.
