Magistrate by Whom, and when and where, was the absurd decision given that is now being^ flaunted as an authoritative decision on^ the bar (juestiQn Under the Licensing Act. I have long been making inquiries for this individual, but have failed t6 find him. Perhaps the solicitor for the Licensed Victuallers' Association may be able to supply the information, as he so confidently" affirmed the other day that thepuint had been tried and settled over and over again.
