DEATH FROM BURNS.

■» THREE MEN ARRESTED. (By Telegraph.) WELLINGTON, June 10. The woman Louie Smith, who was received into the hospital on Thursday, suffering from burns, died at midnight before her deposition could be taken. Two men, Andrew and Joseph Kennedy, brothers, have been arrested on a charge of being concerned m the affair, and Joseph Hewitt is also to be charged along with them. It is alleged that another man was m the house with the woman, and the three accused went there to try to induce him to leave. A fight ensued, during which the lamp was thrown down with the results above stated. Latbr. The men Kennedy and Hewitt were before the Court on a charge of being concerned with the death of the woman Smith, and remanded.
