THE SULTAN AND HIS MINISTERS. Constantinople, June 9. It is officially announced that Dyenad Pasha has been dismissed from the office of Grand Vizier, and that he was not allowed to resign. The European delegates on the Armenian Commission of Enquiry refuse to continue to act m conjunction with the Turkish representatives.
