The three remaining men m the perjury case m connection with the Bowden assault affair, namely, Albert Dryland, Thomas Kernoh, and James Hay, have been committed for trial. Bail was allowed. NAPIER, January 14. The dead body of Huscliorf waa found m the Tutaekuri river, near Puketapu, on Saturday. At the inquest an open verdict was returned.
