Mrs Needle protested her innocence, and received the sentence with calmness. CERTIFICATE SUSPENDED. Adelaide, September 28. The Marine Court found Captain Campbell, of the barque Calcutta, which was wrecked at Port Erriogton, guilty of negligence, and suspended him for six months. MEMBERS' PRIVILEGES. Bbisbane, September 28. All the members who were suspended have followed Mr Keid's example and served writs on the Speaker. A THREAT TO THE COUNCIL. Hobart, September 28. The Premier, addressing his constituents, said that if the Council again rejected the land tax, the Government would not seek a dissolution ; the proper course would be to reform the Council.
