The clerk was instructed to make, a oopy of the plan and specifications and to obII for applications for the position of clerk of works. Tbe following ennmittees were elected for the ensuing year :— Works — Councillors Cameron, Inkster and Petit ; finanoe— Smith, Coliett and N col ; reserve— Oosgrave, Evans and Jones.
