Timaru Herald Office, Saturday evening. AUCTIONEEES' EEPOET. The Canterbury Farmers' Co-operative Association, Limited (per Mr J. Mundoll, auctioneer), report on the horse market at Tattersall's yards on Saturday, as follows :— Our entry comprised SB head principally young useful farm horses, which met with keen competition. The presence of a southern buyer was very acceptable to vendors, and two-thirds of the yarding sold at the following quotations :— Draughts, young with trial, JJI6 10s, £17, .£lß los to .£2l ; do light and aged, £9 15s to .£11 103 ; light harness aorts, £11 to £14 10s ; hackneys, £7 to £9 10s.
