After taking legal advice the Education Board refrained from foroiop an entrance to the pr«<e:it boys' school but have taken the Prinoeea Rink and notified the teaohers and parents thai it will be opened aa a school to-morrow morning. The School Committee havo ohc taken advioe, and it bearing out that thej have control of the eohoola, with power t( ejeot any pproon not acknowledged by thent as a teacher, are announcing the re opsninp of the school on Friday, they haviog arrongod for the carrying on of the work by a sligh shifting of the teachers. It is said that the teaohers are now taking advico.
