John Sutherland for larceny from shop doors, \ was sentenced to six months* imprisonment, cumulative"'^ a simiiat term given m tho Police Court. The prisoner had been considered a respeotablo man, but was proved to have been systematically visiting the town for the purpose of shoplifting.
