LABOUR TROUBLES.

Tho employeas of tha London General j Omnibus Company and the London Road Car Compauy, who were out on strike, have accepted tho term3 offered and have resumed work. (Received 31.30 a.m., Juno 13th. Brisbane, June 13. The strike committee are obtaining the opinion of tho men as to whether they Bhould declare tho atriko at an end. A number of unionists in the shearing camps favour thi3 courso. The strike committee acknowledge that they have bean repulsed but not defeated. The men will probably resume work in a few day3. The master printers have resolved to reduce the wages paid their employees to tho rates paid previous to 1888, when they were raised under pressure of the Typographical Society. The omnibus companies have issued an ultimatum, insisting that the men must resume work at 7s per day for drivers, and 5a for conductors, till July 13th. The companies will then concede 12 hour3 a day and wages will be reduced, drivers to 63 and conductors to 4s. (Received 6.30 a.m., Juno 14th.) June 14. An immense nieoting of laundresses will be held in Hyde Park on Sunday, when resolutions will be moved, urging shorter hours. ■ (By Telegeaph.) WELLINGTON, Juke 14. The conference of delegates from the Trades Unions at the four Urge centres, will ait nest week t3 ducuea the provisions of tho Labour Bills. At a meeting oE the labour unions it was decided to form a branch in Wellington of the New Zealand National Liberal Association.
