WELLINGTON, June 12. The Council met at 2.30 p.m. THE ADDBES3 IK BEPtT. Mr Pharazyn, on behnlf of Mr Morri?, gave notice to move tho Addrees m Beply on Tuesday. ADJOUENMBNT. Mr Buckley moved that the Council do now adjourn out of respect to tho memory of the lato Sir William Fitzherbort, tho Hon. W. BeevCß, and the Hon. W. 8. Peter. He spoke briefly m eulogy of each of the deceased gentlemen. The motion was agreed to. The Council adjourned till Tuesday.
