He approved of the action of tho New Zealand delegates to tho Federation Conference, being of opinion that wo should know moro about tbo condilion3 before pledging tho colony to tho movement. Iho management wan the eamo as previously, only Mr McKerrow took tho place of tho Miui«tcr of Public Works. Mr Fold wick would rather have had tun latter as be was amenable to Parliament, and comeat able. A vote of thanks and confidence was carried.
