BLENHEIM, June 16. Mr 11. Dodaon addressed hia constituents tonight. He referred m oulogistic terms lo the success of tho polioy of the presont Government, and took a very hopeful view of tho colony's pro.'pocla. On the subject of charitable aid Im thought that tho contributing bodies should bo given a direct voice m the expenditure. Ho was opposed to the ealo or leaso of tho Government railways, and ( thoroughly sympathised with the labour movements. Mr Fyke's Privatu Schools Bill ho strongly favoured, m order to do justice to tho Roman Catholics m the matter of education, and he was trilling to support reform m tho Postal and Telegraph Department m rcclasaifying officers and giving increased salaries all round. At the conclusion of his addresß he received a voto of thanks and confidence.
