That the following Water Bates be made : — In reaped of the Ordinary Supply upon all lands and buildinga to whioh water is supplied whoßO rateable value on the Valuation 801 l Does not exceed £12 10s, a rato of ton shillings per annum ; Exceeds £12 lOe, but dooa not exceed £300, a rate of five por cent on suoh valuo ; Excoods £300, a rato of four per cent on fluoh valuo.
