SPECIAL MEETING.
A Bpecial meeting was held, when on the motion of Mr Milne, seconded by Mr Diekeon, a resolution wo; passed, making a special order increasing the harbour rate to id m tho £ for tho year ending 31st December, 1891. After passing accounts amounting to £229 4s 3d the council rose.
