The Company is projected for the purpose of acquiring the business vow carried on by William Collins and to. as Wool acd Skin Buyers, Felt Preservers, and Wool Scourers, together with steam engine, wool washing machinery, buildings, and fully equipped plant, for the successful carrying on of the übovc business; also tho goodwill and lease, which has about six years to run, with right to purchaso the freehold (o'i acres, with workmen's cottages and manager's house) at any time. All the abovo will be acquired by tho Company from the vendors for the sum of i; 300 m cash, and two hundred fully paid up shares. The increased capital will bo utilised m extending the business, for which there is ample room, and 3lso to secure a large number of shareholders us constituents, and thereby gain their co-operation. The vendors guarantee a dividend of 8 percent, on the paid up capital of tho Company for two years. The present manager, Mr W. Collins, will continue to manage tho business during the term of guarantee, and will, if the Directors wish it, enter into an agreement for a further term.
