Adelaide, June 3. One of the trustees m Lawson's estate intenda taking proceedings against the liquidators of the Commorcial Bank, on the ground that £34,000, which the bank alleged was paid, was paid by one trustee without the consent of the ethers. GOVERNOR OF NEW GUINEA. Brisbane, June 3. It is understood that the present Governor of British North Borneo will be selected as the first Governor of New Guinea.
