POULTRY, PIGEON, CANARY AND CAT ASSOCIATION,
i • A meeting of the society was held on Tucaday evening at the Queen's Hotel, Mr Dow, presiding. Mr Orvvin was unanimously elected secretary and roturned thanks for his election. The rules and tho prizo schedule were rovised. It was decided to admit school children m bodie3 on payment of 3d per head, the children to be m charge of teachers ; also to have a clog show. Messrs Warrington, Innes, Stratford, and Groso woro elected an art union committee ; and Messrs Innes, Pctrio, and tho chairman a prixo commitce. It was resolved to ask tho following gentlemen to act as judges: poultry, Messrs Dale and Havt ; canaries, Messrs Wordsworth and Adamson ; cuts, Messrs Stratford and Warrington ; dogs, Mr Lindsny. It was further resolved to procuro a "Cat Standard." Iho meeting then adjourned.
