HER SPEECH RESTORED.

Dear Sirs, — I beg to acquaint you of a marvellous euro following on tho 'use of St Jacobs Oil, which has taken plaeo in my own family. lam a poor man with eight children, and for ycnrß have been a great Bufferer from sciatica. My wife was advised to try St Jacobs Oil. She procured a bottle, and I havo been using it of late with good results ; but it is of my eldest daughter, 13 years of nge, that I wish to tell you. She retired one night about four months "ago in her usunl good health, but the next morning sho could not Bpoak. Jly wife took her to Inverell to see Dr , who said her throat was ulcerated low down, and lie prescribed cod liver oil and other medicines ; and also advised her to inhale tho fumes of Stockholm tar, saying sho might never recover her speech again. At the expiration of a fortnight, tbo medicine having been finished, another visit to the doctor was made, who agnin prescribed for her, but lie told inj wifo he had no hopo of h< r ever being able to Bpeak ngain. We began to despnir, but tho dny I used tho oil — about three months after sho was taken ill — I persuaded my wife, after we had retired, to use tho oil. Sho got up and gave the girl two drops in water, and rubbed it on the throat. Next morning we were delighted to find that she could talk as well as ever, and has been able to do so ever since.
