THE CAIN CASE.
» INQUEST TO BE HELD ON THE REMAINS. An inquest is to ho held on tho remains of tho late Captain Honry Cain to-morrow morning at the Courthouse, commencing at 11 o'clock. Tho jury, after being sworn m, will proceed to the cemetery, and the body having been once more exhumed, they will view it, nnd then return to town. A large number of witnesses are to bo examined^ and it is expected that the inquest will have to be adjourned to allow of further evidence being obtained from Australia. J. S. Bsswick, Esq., coroner for the district will preside, and a jury of Bix men will be sworn m.
