Intelligence by the Manapouri is conclnsiro that the wreckage found 13 that of the Sovereign of the Sens. The tonnage ia 31, and her official numbor on the deck beam 62415, ia identical with those of tho Borereign of the Seas. Wbuington, Oct. 6. Caffrey is known to have the ' figure oC a ■woman tatooed on his breast. The man arrested m New South Wales has a similar figure, but also has an American flag, which is not known to o?cur on Caffrey's body. Telegrams are cow passing between the authorities with a view to a close identification.
