The Board also granted £1 for swinging ropes, shingling &c, on condition of the committee voting a- like amount. Tho headmaster asked for a half holiday for Wednesday afternoon, to allow of the cadets attending the laying of the foundation stone of tho new drill hull. The committee agreed to grant the request. ACCOUHTS amounting to £5 16s 3d wcro passed for payment, and tho meeting terminated.
