BULGARIAN CRISIS.

The Eussian Government have urged the postponement of the trial of those implicated m the deposition of Prince Alexander. The regency has, however, declined to interfere with the course of justice, or await the arrival of General Kaulbars, the newly appointed Russian agent at Bulgaria.
