Kamavoloff, the new Bnlgarian Premier, having been proved guilty of complicity with M. Zankoff m the arrest and deposition of Prince Alexander, has been imprisoned. Prince Alexander has arrived at Philipopolis from Turnova, and on hearing of the arrest of Kamavoloff, immediately ordered his release, as well as that of Zankoff, who was previously m custody. (Reooiyed 9 p.m., Sept. 3rd.) St. Petersburg, Sept. 2. Prince Alexander of Bulgaria has forwarded a communication to His Majesty the Czar assuring him of his gratitude and devotion and expressing his readiness to resign if such a step is considered necessary. His Majesty, m reply, informed Prince Alexander that ho does not approve of hie action m returning to Bulgaria foreseeing a complete rupture m the Balkan Peninsula is likely to result therefrom. The Czar added, Russia declined to interfere while Prince Alexander remained m Bulgaria. In conclusion His Majesty announces m dealing with the question that he will judge of ifc so far as Russian interests and the peace of Eastern Europe require. (Special to thb Press Association.) It is reported that fighting has occurred at Kuotinji, a seaport town of Roamania on the Black Sea, between a party of Bulgarian loyalists and a regiment of Rodomen (sic Roumanians) and that numerous casualties resulted on both Bides.
