A small supply came forward for to-day's market, viz., 122 head, a fair proportion of which woro good to prime and heavy woights, the remainder being down to ordinary store quality. This number being short of requirements, competition was brisk all through tho Balea, resulting man advance of from 20s to 30a per head over last week's prices being obtained.
