NEW ZEALAND FROZEN MEAT AND STORAGE COMPANY.
« (By Telegraph.) Auckland, Aug. 31. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Frozen Meat and Storage Company was held to day. The directors' report for the year ended 30th June lust snowed a loss of £15,421 2s 6d, chiefly m the freezing, shipping, and meat prcsei Ting works. The butter de« partment showed a net profit of £640, and tho acid and manure works a net profit of £145, with 800 tons mamiro m hand. The losses are attributed to Iho depressed state of the markets of the world. Wages and salaries last year absorbed £12,186. The directors expressed their determination' to carry on the : business to a successful issue. The repoik was adopted and the retiring directors, Messrs Nathan and Comiakey, were re-elected.
