The total births m the above boroughs amounted to 510, ngninst 509 m Fobruary, an increase, of 1. Tho deaths m March, were 264, an increase of : 31 on tho number for February. Of tho abovo doaths, males contributed 154, and females 110 j 152 doaths wero of children under 5 years of age, being 57.58 per cent of tho wholo number; 115 of these were of children undor one year of ago.
