GERALDINE RIFLES.
At 7 o'clock on Saturday ovening 20 members of the above corps wont under canvas m llaslin's paddock, seven tents linving been carefully pitched by Lieutenant Ward, officer m command of tho company. Boforo retiring to rest guards wore mounted, and next morning at 6 o'clock tho men were pnraded and ono liour'a drill was smartly gone through. At 11 o'clock the corps headed by tho band, which has much improved m playing of lntc, attended divino servico at tho Primitive Methodist Church, the Bcv, J. Uoothroyd, tho pastor, discoursing a most eloquent Bormon. The rest of the day was spent m camp, which was visited by a great many people, who spent a pleasant hour among tho redcoats and listened ■with pleasure to tho playing of tho band. At 8.30 on Sunday ovening company drill was ngain indulged m, soon after which " lights out " was sounded. Last evening tho men ngain assembled m camp and did somo very serviceable work. Uhebeatof order has prevailed m tho camp so far, and great credit ia duo to tho officers for tho successful way m which overything U passing oil.
